Each Thursday you’re guided through a live Conscious Connected Breathwork journey - a powerful somatic practice that works directly with your nervous system and subconscious mind. Think of it as an active meditation that helps you release stored emotional patterns, clear stress from the body, and rewire the deeper identity layers that drive your habits, reactions and choices.

Alongside this, you’re given simple down-regulation breathwork practices you can use anytime

By the end of the programme, you’ll have a practical toolbox of breath and somatic techniques you can use in real life to support your emotional, mental and physical wellbeing long-term.

Yep - You get TWO Hypnotic tracks to work directly with your subconscious mind, reprogramming you while you sleep - One specific to your Human Design type and another that is designed to teach you that it is OK to Rest and Receive!

The tracks are designed to solidify all that you are learning and this cements the identity shift and ensures that the results are sustained long after the programme is finished

This is deep transformation work - It can be triggering and confronting, because your ego and your shadow, all that conditioning that you have learned in your life will become glaringly, and sometimes, painfully obvious. There’s two live calls on Tuesday and Thursday - but loads of material to consume within each week. While it’s designed to fit around your schedule, the more you commit to the work the faster and the more embedded the results will be.

Our challenge to participants is to spend half the amount of time they currently spend on their devices (doomscrolling or wathcing netflix ;) on the material in the course. You do that, and it’s going change your life.
